Mr Nicholas Stylianides is a Consultant Colorectal and General Surgeon. His NHS practice is based at Manchester Royal Infirmary, part of Manchester University Foundation Trust, the largest trust in the UK. He consults privately at Spire Manchester Hospital.

Mr Stylianides has completed two post CCT fellowships including a laparoscopic colorectal fellowship at Bradford Royal Infirmary and subsequently an advanced rectal cancer fellowship at the Karolinska University Hospital in Stockholm.

He was elected President of the Dukes’ Club and was a member of the council of the Association of Coloproctology of Great Britain and Ireland for the duration of this term.

He is a member of the faculty at the Mersey School of Endoscopy for the JAG colonoscopy course.

Mr Stylianides has completed a postgraduate certificate in medical education and teaches on MRCS and FRCS preparation course.
