The staff were so friendly and polite that it made my day in hospital very comfortable and relaxed.
Meeting Mr Nicholas Stylianides for the first time was a breath of fresh air. For four years of being messed around and being misdiagnosed by NHS, I finally went private.
Nicholas diagnosed the problem and explained the procedure and the operation involved. The operation and the aftercare have been exceptional, even the courteous phone call the next day after the surgery was very reassuring. You will consider yourself absolutely lucky and blessed to be treated by Dr. Stylianides. As everyone else who has been his patient before. I say that based on all the other reviews I have read but also on my personal experience too. First, he is an absolute professional in his field which means that you will get your surgery done by the best. And second, you will be absolutely impressed with his attitude, care, attentiveness, treatment. Everybody I have talked to, who either works with him or is a patient of his, has said nothing but positive words about him. I have recently had surgery for an iguinal hernia performed by Mr Stylianides. He is one of the most curteous, engaging and professional specialists I have come across. The day of the operation went very smoothly at Spire Manchester with visits by Mr Stylianides and the Anaesthetist pre operation explaining what would happen using keyhole surgery. The operation was successfully carried out with a short visit by Mr Stylianides post op, to check how I was. There was further follow up with a phone call after 48 hrs. I had no real issues afterwards apart from soreness around the incision areas and had no need for any pain relief.
I can thoroughly recommend Mr Stylianides both for his professionalism and engaging manner.
